It’s simple! Our products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns – 60 Day Return Policy
Returns made within 60 days of purchase are accepted. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be (1) unworn, (2) unwashed, (3) undamaged with the original tags attached and (4) in original packaging. Merchandise purchased through our website or catalog may be returned via the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking information for your return.
Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded (less shipping fees) to the original payment method. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will receive a refund to the original payment method. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item’s lowest selling price will be provided.
Returns – Promotions
When purchasing items as part of “Buy ‘X’ number of items/Get ‘Y’ number of items free” promotion, the promotional discount will be based on the lowest priced item. The value of the lowest priced item will be applied proportionately to all items in your order. If you choose to return any of the items, and by doing so your order no longer qualifies for the promotion, your refund will be adjusted to remove the promotion.
- Buy three, Get one free: If you purchase three items at $20.00 each and get a free item valued at $15.00, you will be charged $60.00 (plus any applicable shipping fees). If a $20 item is then returned, your new order total for the items you are keeping would be $55.00 ($20 + $20 + $15) plus shipping. You would then be refunded $5.00.
- Buy one, Get one free: If you purchase one item for $30 and receive a second item free valued at $17.50, you will be charged $30.00 (plus any applicable shipping fees). If the $30 item is then returned, your new order total for the item you are keeping would be $17.50 (plus shipping). You would then be refunded $12.50.
When purchasing items as part of a “Buy One, Get One at 50% off” promotion, the promotional discount will be applied to the lowest priced item. If you choose to return either of the items, you will no longer qualify for the discount and your refund will be adjusted to remove the promotion.
- Buy One, Get One at 50% off: If the first item is $36.00 and the second qualifying item is $16.50, the promotional discount of $8.25 will be applied to the $16.50 item and your order total would be $44.25 (plus any applicable shipping fees). If you return the $36.00 item, your new order total for the item you are keeping would be $16.50. You would then be refunded $27.75 ($44.25 paid – $16.50 new order total).
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at info@WildernessDreams.com or info@WebersLeather.com with product information and pictures. We will work with you to offer you an acceptable solution.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Customer Service at info@WildernessDreams.com or info@WebersLeather.com
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without first contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form, keeping a copy for your records. Place the completed Return/Exchange Form and the items you wish to return or exchange in a secured package and send it back, insured, by any carrier you choose. Please keep a copy of the package tracking number for your reference. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for a different item within 60 days of purchase.
Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form indicating the new item you wish to receive in exchange, indicating the new item number and size. If the price for the new item is lower than the original item, we will refund the difference excluding shipping charges. If the price for the new item is higher than the original item, you will be responsible for the additional cost. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be (1) unworn, (2) unwashed (3) undamaged with the original tags attached and (4) in original packaging. Place the completed Return/Exchange Form and the items you wish to return or exchange in a secured package and send it back, insured, by any carrier you choose. Please keep a copy of the package tracking number for your reference. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Your new items will ship via our “Saver” shipping method (regardless of the original shipping method) at no charge.
Please allow 14 days
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 14 days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
